Warranty

30-Day RTB (Return to Base)
If there is a hardware issue with your system within 30 days of purchase, Tech Shed pays for the return shipping, replaces the faulty component(s) & ships the system back to you at no cost. This process is prioritized & is generally fast but please note that shipping times will vary.

1-YEAR WARRANTY
After the 30 day RTB period, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the system to Tech Shed.
If a hardware issue is found, we will replace the component(s) once the fault is confirmed.
We will cover shipping costs of the return once the service is complete.

Please note, that if there is no fault found, a service fee up to $40 + return shipping may be applied including any diagnostic fees issued by a manufacturer.


WARNING
Issues not covered by warranty include but are not limited to; viruses, software issues, pest damage, rust/corrosion, smoke damage or physical damage of any kind including tampering & incorrect handling of components.

Shipping

COURIER SELECTION
There are 3 types of Shipping Methods to select from at Checkout;
– Aramex Standard
– Australia Post Standard
– Australia Post Express

IN STOCK
All items marked as IN STOCK are fully assembled with Windows installed & activated.
These are to be considered ‘ready to ship’ within 1 business day of receiving payment.
Note – If you have added an upgrade or addon to your order there may be a short delay of 1-2 days.


BUILT TO ORDER
If an item is marked Built to Order, it IS still available but will be built to order.
The estimated turnaround time for this type of order is 2 – 5 business days until the order can be ‘ready to ship’.


DAMAGED GOODS
If any damage is caused during the shipping process, it will be corrected but it is important that the customer notifies Tech Shed of any damaged caused by the courier immediately (within 24 hours).
Failure to notify Tech Shed immediately can slow down this process down.
